The fast track service is only available to tourists, not many tourists who have not had border runs, did not have annual study or volunteer visas, or have not had an overstay of more than 7 days in the past.
A combination of a personal butler and buggy service for arriving passengers at Suvarnabhumi Airport. Upon arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport, the butler and buggy will be waiting for you at the boarding gate holding a sign with your name. The buggy will take you to the immigration area, where the butler will guide you through the airport formalities such as immigration and customs control, take you through security. He will make sure that you reach the right boarding gate on time and provide all the necessary assistance throughout the process.
This package includes - 1 x single ride upon arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport (International flights only) - 1 passenger - 1 child (under 5 years old) - 2 checked baggage
Documents When applying, please attach a photo of the main page of your passport and all pages with Thai visas/stamps, a copy of your air ticket, or simply indicate the flight number and arrival time. Also attach a photo of yourself (selfie) to your application to make it easier for the staff to find you at the meeting point. Terms 1. Airport Premium service is available at Suvarnabhumi Airport. 2. The duration of the service is limited to 3 hours. 3. A personal butler will meet you at the designated meeting points and accompany you to/from the boarding points. 4. The baggage allowance is limited to 2 pieces per passenger (maximum 25 kg per piece). Any additional checked baggage will be charged at 500 baht per piece (including VAT).
5. One-time change of booking is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled flight time. However, this is subject to the availability of our services. In case of service unavailability, the booking may be cancelled with a 5% fee.
6. In case of involuntary change or delay by the airline, passengers must provide evidence and immediately notify the call center at +66-822688892 or email thailandtravelsolution@gmail.com. A suitable replacement service will be arranged subject to service availability; otherwise, a refund will be issued.
7. Passengers who fail to show up at the appointed time or place with a personal butler and who cannot be reached using the contact details provided are considered "no-shows". In this case, no refund will be provided.
Terms and conditions for the buggy service 1. The buggy service is available for international flights only. 2. 1 buggy can accommodate up to 3 people (limited to passengers named in the booking only; children under 5 years old are allowed). Airport Premium Service reserves the right to refuse any additional passenger. 3. The buggy service is not available for international flights arriving via gates D4, D6, bus gates and SAT Terminal 1 (S101 - 128) due to their proximity to the immigration area.
