Our butler can assist you with check-in, baggage drop-off and security. They will ensure that you arrive at the correct gate on time and will provide all necessary assistance throughout the process.
Please note: the service does not include skip-the-line check-in. If you have an economy class ticket, you will have to go through the check-in line according to your airline's rules.
Documents When making an order, please attach a photo of the main page of your passport and all pages with Thai visas/stamps, a copy of your air ticket or simply indicate the flight number and arrival time. Please also attach a photo of yourself (selfie) to your application to make it easier for our staff to find you at the meeting point.butler upon departure

Terms and Conditions 1. Airport Premium service is available at Suvarnabhumi Airport. 2. The service duration is limited to 3 hours. 3. A personal butler will meet you at the designated meeting points and escort you to/from the boarding points. 4. The baggage allowance is limited to 2 pieces per passenger (maximum 25 kg per piece). Any additional checked baggage will be charged at THB 500 per piece (including VAT).
5. One-time changes to your booking are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled flight time. However, this is subject to availability of our services. In case of unavailability of the service, the booking may be cancelled with a 5% cancellation fee.
6. In case of involuntary change or delay by the airline, passengers must provide evidence and immediately notify the call center at +66-822688892 or email thailandtravelsolution@gmail.com. A suitable replacement service will be arranged depending on the availability of the service; otherwise, a refund will be issued.
7. Passengers who fail to show up at the appointed time or place with a personal butler and who cannot be reached using the contact details provided are considered "no-shows". In this case, no refund will be provided.
