Documents When applying, please attach a photo of the main page of your passport and all pages with Thai visas/stamps, a copy of your air ticket, or simply indicate the flight number and arrival time. Also attach your own photo (selfie) to the application to make it easier for the staff to find you at the meeting point.

Passengers who fail to show up at the appointed time or place with a personal butler and who cannot be contacted using the contact details provided are considered "no-shows". In this case, no refund is possible.
