Terms and Conditions:
Fast Track is only available to tourist passengers who do not have many tourist stamps and who have not had a border run, annual student or volunteer visa, or have not had an overstay of more than 7 days in the past.
1. Guests are met at the exit of the aircraft gate by a member of staff holding a name sign in English (only if the flight is serviced to the gate, otherwise passengers are met at the entrance to the terminal)
2. Escort guests to the Immigration counter for fast track clearance (only for visa holders or visa waiver holders).
3. The passenger and the porter then proceed to the baggage claim area to collect their checked bags. Escort guests to the baggage claim belt. Assistance in claiming luggage.
4. Passengers clear customs and exit baggage claim area. Porter service staff.
5. Coordinate with hotel representative or driver, then escort guest to transport or meet representative.
- Porter service is limited to 2 pieces of luggage per passenger. Excess luggage (over 56x36x23cm) will be charged 100 baht per piece.
Terms and Conditions
- Reservations are non-refundable.
- Child over 2 years old will be charged adult fare.
- Infants aged 0-2 years are served free of charge.
- Service hours are 24 hours.
- Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance.
- Service date and flight information are subject to change up to 24 hours prior to travel date.
